table and seating for four. |

features an open floor plan with a centrally located woodstove
to warm the living and dining spaces as well as the floors
above. |

The living
area has a leather seating area with two recliners, TV/DVD/VCR,
satellite TV, stereo with 6 CD changer, receiver & surround
sound. |

An
Ethan Allen sofabed in the den provides additional sleeping
when necessary. The den also includes a private bath and
television.
The
upstairs master suite has a queen-size bed, large walk-in closet
and an office set up. Large windows provide lovely views
of the property and distant mountains. |

second upstairs bedroom has view windows and an antique full
size brass bed. |

14-acre grass field with Australian high-tensile fence (with
optional electric), and direct access to hundreds of miles of
scenic paths and trails.
