Mad River Path: The Mad River Path Association creates and maintains a network of scenic pedestrian trails throughout the Valley.

Naturalist Program at Mad River Glen: Offers guided family adventures, snowshoe treks, school field trips, ecology hikes, wildflower walks, bird watching and slide show presentations on a variety of topics.

Mad Dash:  Runners and walkers participate in this community fitness event, which is a big hit every year with people of all ages!

  Biking the Valley

Central Vermont Bike Tours: CVBT has designed a variety of tours for the recreational cyclist.

Mad River Valley Century Ride: This non-competitive bike event travels a 100 mile course through some of Vermont's most scenic countryside.

Green Mountain Stage Race: Four days of exciting and challenging bicycle racing in the Green Mountains.

Mad River Riders:  Guided mountain biking as well as route maps.

Bike Lift:  Sugarbush resort offers lift rides for you and your bike to their mountain trails and downhill park.
