tastefully appointed with original art and antiques, offers the

and a privately sited antique guest cottage.

trails set on 27 private acres at the end of a private road on a
mountaintop adjacent to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski
resorts.

oak post and beam homestead was designed and built by Tedd
Benson Woodworks, one of the nation's finest timber framers.
The solid cherry floors are inlaid throughout with ash and
maple. The gourmet
kitchen features custom birch cabinetry, gas cooktop, and is
fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel cookware and
appliances. |

room has spectacular mountain and valley views. |

The living
room features leather seating, flat screen television with DVD
player, and stereo with surround sound. The marble
topped Earth Stove is set on a slate hearth and gives off a warm
glow for cozy winter nights. |

upper level master bedrooms features cathedral ceilings, mountain views,
televisions, and Ralph Lauren bedding. |

printer and fax machine, and breathtaking views of the Valley
below. There is wireless high speed internet throughout
the house with extensive range for internet use in even the most

five-bar cell phone service, often difficult to find in Vermont. |

has two full and one half baths, including sleek spa-like
fixtures. |

"separate but close enough" lowel level family living
area features two bedrooms and
sofa bed, and can sleep up to eight. The private media room

family room allow kids to spread out and be
